Vendor Information – Please Share With Your Suppliers
We’re so excited to be part of your special day and look forward to working alongside your chosen vendors!
As we offer a streamlined ceremony service at Old Tower House, we’ve put together the following guidelines for any external vendors (photographers, videographers, florists, etc.). Please kindly forward this to anyone you’ve engaged.
Ceremony Timing & Access
- Your booking includes 30 minutes of venue hire.
- Vendors cannot arrive early or access the venue before your scheduled time unless additional time has been arranged in advance
- All vendors and guests must wait in the courtyard until the celebrant opens the doors
- Please ensure no one rings the bell early, as another ceremony may be in progress
Vendor Guidelines
Photographers
- All photography must take place within the allocated booking time
- Any furniture moved during the ceremony, or photos, must be returned to the original position before leaving
Videographers
- Our celebrants do not wear wired microphone packs due to attire limitations
- They will happily assist on the day to find a suitable alternative for audio
Florists / Stylists
- All setup and pack down must occur within your 30-minute booking (unless extra time has been booked
- Our in-house silk arrangements can be carefully moved to the kitchenette bench (near the bathroom)
- Please ensure all items are returned to their original position before leaving
House Rules
- No confetti (including biodegradable or petals) is permitted inside or outside the venue
- Once inside, vendors must not open the door for late guests or the next booking — the celebrant will manage this
- The venue must be vacated promptly at the end of your booking time
