This form is strictly for weddings conducted with Perth Marriage Office, Northbridge or Perth Wedding Collective only.
By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to this condition. Submissions made in error or without understanding this requirement are not eligible for a refund.

Postponement & Rescheduling
Marriages may be postponed at any time up to 7 days prior to the scheduled marriage date at no additional charge.
Rescheduling a marriage with less than 7 days’ notice will incur a fee of $100 + GST.
The Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM), associated legal paperwork, and the Commonwealth Marriage Certificate are valid for 18 months from the date of lodgement. Within this 18-month period, bookings may be postponed as many times as required without penalty.

Notice of Intended Marriage Fee
The payment of $399 + GST is for the lodgement of the Notice of Intended Marriage.

Non-Refundable Lodgement Fee
The fee to lodge the Notice of Intended Marriage is non-refundable under any circumstances, including (but not limited to):

-Incorrect details provided by the client
-Client being legally ineligible to marry
-The client’s preferred date or time being unavailable
-In the event that a preferred date or time is unavailable, alternative dates will be offered.

Documentation Errors
Any errors in the documentation may result in an additional fee.

Accuracy of Information
It is the couple’s responsibility to ensure all information provided is accurate, including (but not limited to) full parental names, divorce details, and correct spelling.

Booking / Service Fees
Any Booking Fee (Service Fee) paid for selected options is non-refundable, as this fee covers administrative costs associated with booking and confirming services.

Marriage Registration
The WA Registry of Births, Deaths & Marriages holds all official marriage records in Western Australia and is not affiliated with the Perth Marriage Office.
All marriages are registered with the WA Registry of Births, Deaths & Marriages, and this registration is included in your marriage fees.

State Marriage Certificate
It is the couples responsibility to apply for their state-issued Marriage Certificate via Births, Deaths and Marriages.
